Roles We Hire For
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Provide hands-on daily support, build skills, and encourage independence and community connection.
Qualifications:
Minimal Requirement:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license. CPR certification. Current experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. Must pass state background and registry check.
Overnight Support Staff
Provide awake overnight supervision and support, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
Qualifications:
Minimal Requirement:
HS Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree from a college or university of recognized standing. Must have 3 or more years of experience in the human servicing field. A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity. Must pass state background and registry check.

Willingness to complete a background check and required screenings
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for transport roles)
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it
Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus — not required
